Six Week Body Makeover - Getting Started

By Stephanie Boyle

First of all when you go to get started at the program, there is a video to help you through it. Just pause it along the way as you do it, that way you won't come across any problems or feel rushed along the way. There is so much paperwork that comes with this program but only about 20 percent of it is relevant to your body type and it's not all necessary to read before you start the program.

So starting off you need to figure out your body type. You will complete a questionnaire that comes with the book to figure out what body type you are. After I completed the quiz and found my body type, I read some of the information about my body type just to make sure it turned out right. Everything fit so well it was as if it was written for me. By knowing your body type you can pick the meal plan that will work with your body type to help speed up your metabolism and ultimately help you lose weight. Everybody's body type is different so make sure you answer all these questions to the best of your ability.

Next comes the blue printing process, I know this may sound a little scary but all it is is setting up your 18 minute exercise routine. The blueprinting process helps you say what your problem areas are and it will create your workout for you to help in those areas.

After you're done the blueprinting process you follow the video on how to set up your weight loss binder. That way all the information relevant to your 6 week body makeover is in an easy to carry binder, all within reach. Keep the other information in the box in case you need them at a later date for a friend of family member. The sections of the binder include using food to lose fat, your own personal custom eating plan, dining out guide, accelerated fat burning, accelerated body sculpting, as well as tracking your success, making it foolproof and living lean. All of these will help significantly along the way.

So lets get started, first of all you will want to take down your weight and inches the morning you go to start the program. That way everything is relevant and you can accurately gauge how many inches you lose as well as the weight. Remember try to only weigh yourself 2 times per week because one's weight can fluxuate so much from day to day sometimes it can leave you feeling disappointed. Remember start losing the inches and the weight will eventually come too.
